Renowned brand for processing almonds. It has a better texture, flavour and mouthfeel. From USA.
COCONUT OIL - ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN
Not all coconut oil are equal. We use 100% Raw Cold Pressed for our bakes.
CINNAMON POWDER FROM CEYLON
Better quality in terms of taste and fragrance. A healthier option as has 63 times LESS coumarin than cassia so it is safer to use, especially in large quantities.
COCONUT FLOUR BY BOB'S RED MILL
Not all coconut flour is the same and therefore different brands can behave quite differently in recipes. We used the trusted brand Bob's Red Mill.
CHOCOLATE - 100% CACAO
We uses only premium chocolate in all our bakes, from cocoa powder to chocolate bars by Varlhona, Callebaut and Ghirardelli.
